OUR CORE BEERS
Our take on a Pilsner using and English ale yeast provides a light, crisp, refreshing body. This easy sipping golden ale speaks of summertime.
Our approachable IPA. This "gateway" IPA is hopped like a traditional IPA and then crystal malts are added to create a smooth and malty body to balance the bitterness of the hops.
Dark, full bodied, and full of chocolate and coffee notes without being overbearing. This brew drinks incredibly smoothly making it a perfect year round companion.
Refreshing and thirst-quinching. This easy-drinking ale is perfect for celebrations or just as a casual pint. The English Brambling Cross hops bring a bit of black currant and spice to this party.
A hard hitting double IPA with bursts of citrus, bites of hoppiness, and notes of orange peel and passionfruit.

We've slammed this traditional Double IPA with Summit, Simcoe, and just a bit of Challenger hops then dry-hopped with Ekuanot for a unique and tasty addition to our line-up!
Made by freezing our Dopplebock Lager then removing the ice, this beer is a malt forward, traditional, German style lager with notes of raisin and prune.
We've taken the basic recipe for our Sweet Stout and adding a little kick with either Habanero Pepper or Ghost Peppers.
This lager we put out just in time for Oktoberfest and oh man what a lager it is. Brewed in the traditional style this beer even has our resident German regular's seal of approval! (Only Available from September 'till it's gone!)
The dark malts in this easy drinking porter provide notes of raisins and plums. As with any good aunt this porter is sweet and kind without lingering around too long.
We took our Sweet Stout to the next level. We took a batch of our classic stout, aged it in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 8 months, then blended it together to make this delectable brew.
Munich malts give this Black Lager roasty and mildly sweet aromas while keeping a smooth lager flavor. Hints of chocolate, caramel, and noble hops characterize this deliciously dark brew.
Brewed in collaboration with military service members from various branches this Hazy IPA is packed full of fruity and delicious hops.
A dark beer aged in oak barrels for 6 months with Brettanomyces and local cherries. Light flavor of porter with a sweet cherry and sour funk.
Light and extremely drinkable bohemian Pils with a delicious dry hop addition for extra character!
Traditional Belgian style Saison with added lemon verbena. Flavors are rounded out with fruity and mildly spicy esters from the yeast.
A favorite style in Germany, this lager is very malt forward with distinct caramel and dark malt flavors.
